Maintenance Supervisor

Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities and accordingly align vehicle’s availability, vendor’s availability, inventory availability and most importantly time management.

Responsible to supervise preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, ad hoc maintenance and on road maintenance works.

Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and within the budgeted costs.

Assign tasks to vendors, prioritize activities, and monitor the progress of maintenance activities to meet operational requirements and minimize downtime.

Monitor the overall condition of vehicles and equipment, identify maintenance needs, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in fleet maintenance management.

Skills:

Basic computer skills are important for tasks such as record-keeping, generating reports, and using maintenance management software. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems is a plus.

Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Good communication skills to collaborate with vendors.

Adaptability and learning agility.

Time management.
