Assistant Manager Digitalization Process

Job Purpose:

Ufone is looking for anAssistant Manager Digitalization Processto observe and supervise digitalization processes to ensure standardization across all digital platforms, accuracy of information and availability of services. Digital Channels include Commercial Website, VTM (Virtual Teller Machine), Social Media and Mobile application. Once a new feature/service/content has been provisioned on any of these platforms, it will be responsibility of AM Digitalization Process to ensure that it remains updated/standardized and availableto customer.

Job Description:

• To ensure smooth operations of all digital channels such as Commercial Website, Mobile Application, Social Media and Virtual Teller Machine.
• Ensure consistency of content across digital platforms to make sure that no obsolete or conflicting content is available to customers.
• Availability of services & content on VTM (Virtual Teller Machine) platform to increase usability.
• Effective coordination with vendors & internal departments to ensure deliverable in a timely fashion.

Job Specification:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Sciences would be preferred.
• 4-5 year of experience

Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of Quality Control, Basic understanding of Telecom Operations, Content Management.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point (Advance level)
• SQL, Basic Programming architecture understanding
• Advance level understanding of Telecom Operations
