Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

  • Sales processes, teams & market development is a key part which is to build from scratch.
  • We are looking for Area Sales Manager for our Digital & Mobile Services Division in our Islamabad HQ. 

Candidate Specification:

  • The candidate should have a clear understanding of sales routing, customer management, sales team deployment, sales automation, KPI’s management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a consolidated sales plan to lead towards market development and revenue growth
  • Setup geographical sales team to capture each market segment
  • Identification of tier wise opportunity in the market – tapping each tier to generate sales leads
  • Develop a route to market strategy and assign each salesperson a designated route
  • Route optimization and resource feasibility while defining territories and PJPs (permanent journey plan)
  • Driving sales through KPI’s management – build a performance-driven sales culture
  • Categorization of the potential customer, customer segmentation, and building relationships with key accounts
  • Team building through continuous sales training and capability development
  • Credit management and risk minimization keeping in view the potential of respective accounts
  • Effective utilization of sales automation tools for sales diagnostic and analysis
  • Engaging sales team to capture job market data/client information as a part of the sales process
  • Periodic market research and competition analysis
  • Regular market visits with the team to ensure data integrity and sales development
  • Delivery of monthly sales volume and KPI for respective region/area

Key Skills:

  • Ability to develop and manage Salesforce network
  • Should have strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Result oriented with a strong analytical & interpersonal skill
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to establish effective relationships within the team
  • Cross-functional collaboration

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA (Marketing/Sales) from a reputed university
  • Minimum experience 5-6 years
