Junior/ Product Executive

Responsibilities & Context

ACI Motors Limited is one of the most growing concerns of ACI Limited. We've Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (Yamaha Motorcycles), Yamaha Music, Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Ajax), Tire Solutions (CEAT), Commercial Vehicles (Foton) & Diesel Generator (YorPower, Himoinsa & Wechai) etc. in our product line. To continue the business growth and sustainability, we're looking for suitable job incumbents who will actively participate in product marketing of ACI Motors.

Prepare Annual Budget according to different segment of products.

Prepare of Quarterly Strategic Plan.

Monitor monthly P&L statement.

Evaluate Cash Flow monthly basis.

Monitor Institutional Sales.

Prepare model wise product branding plan.

Generation of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.

Develop and preparation of product manuals and training manuals for the assigned product groups.

Train of the sales team on assigned new products.

Monitor of the sales against the target and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecast of assigned product range.

Collect market information and develop market for new product Iines

Organize field demonstration, operator training program for new products

Execute of any other work assigned by the superior and management.
