HOD Operations

The purpose of the job is to lead, supervise, manage, communicate, and support operations and expansion to the campuses of Faizan Weekend Islamic School around the world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Line Manager, the incumbent will perform the following duties:

Develop and implement operational strategies and policies that align with the school's vision and mission

Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations related to education and humanitarian work

Oversee the quality and efficiency of operations across all campuses and functions

Perform tasks like expansion plan, meeting with country heads, campus follow up, coordinating between R&D Team and campuses, managing events, resolving and providing support to campuses, marketing & promotion, management cost recovery, etc.

Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the school's programs and services

Manage the budget and financial resources of the operations department

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as donors, partners, and authorities

Lead and motivate a team of staff members who are responsible for different aspects of the school's operations

Identify and address operational challenges and risks and propose solutions

Participate in professional development and training opportunities

JOB SPECIFICATION:

BS in Education (Islamic Studies) or a related field (MS in Education preferred) + Dars-e-Nizami.

Exposure of the principles and practices of research and development in the education sector

Exposure of the Islamic education curriculum and standards

Exposure of the global education market and trends

3-5 years of relevant experience in educational leadership, curriculum development and assessment

Advanced-level English Language Certification
