International Collaboration Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen collaborations with international IT companies and educational institutions.

Identify potential partners and initiate contact to explore collaboration opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of collaboration initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for PNY Trainings.

Serve as a liaison between PNY Trainings and partner organizations, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships.

Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and events to promote collaboration and exchange of ideas.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities for international collaboration.

Track and report on the progress of collaboration initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.

Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of collaboration projects, ensuring timely resolution.

Represent PNY Trainings at conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance visibility and reputation in the international IT community.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry or educational sector.

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders.

Proven track record of successful collaboration and partnership development.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and formulate innovative solutions.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
