We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Franchise Sales and Development with our growing chain.

Jobs and responsibilities:

Provides input to operating company senior management in setting of vision & long-term strategic objectives.

Identifies internal and external strategies to build the interest of Network Associates and bring momentum in franchise sales.

Coordinates and networks with clients and existing franchisees for growth capabilities of Exploreville Schools.

Works with the existing franchisees to encourage additional growth in new markets.

Manages the franchise recruitment process to drive the number of new qualified franchise candidates.

Develops and Implements recruitment strategy to drive demand and provide an inventory of Network Associates for growth

Develops recruiting system improvements – selection criteria and profiles, franchise recruitment website improvements, recruitment performance reporting and analytics, and administrative systems for inventory rollout to franchisees.

Location: Islamabad, Gujranwala, Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Sialkot.
