Toll Plaza Operator

Responsibilities:

Collect tolls from drivers and provide change as needed

Ensure the correct toll amount is charged according to vehicle type and distance traveled

Manage traffic flow through the toll plaza, keeping lines moving smoothly and safely

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner

Maintain accurate records of toll collection and report any discrepancies or issues to management

Perform routine maintenance on toll collection equipment, such as cleaning and replenishing change banks

Requirements:

Intermediate or Equivalent. Graduation preferred

Computer Literacy is a Must. Must be able to understand and operate basic computer applications and software

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
