• Educate prospective customers about TameenTech Insurance Advisory products and convince them to buy these products in the field to the customers.
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals.
• You will be eligible to get up to 10% commission of the Premium paid by the customer + Salary
• To achieve 10% of the commission you need to adhere to below mentioned KPIs
o Sales target
o Attendance
o Adherence (Punctual and at office in time)
• Provide the highest quality of service to customers in the market with a positive attitude within the defined SOPs of the company
• Keep abreast of the latest information w.r.t the products, policies and procedures of the company in order to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Adhere to the company’ business code of conduct, corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements
• Regularly attend Team Meetings and other learning initiatives.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
