Job Responsibilities

• Identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
• Prepare cost analyses.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
• Ensure all products arrive in good condition.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Textile/Engineering would be preferred. PGDSCM/CIPS/Textile related course will be get preference.

Additional Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience on procurement from any local or foreign garments companies.
• Must have excellent knowledge on local procurement process, computer office automation basic knowledge, vendor sourcing and development, product knowledge.
• Must have skills on data mining, analytical ability, communication skills. negotiation skills.
