Assistant Manager, Maintenance & Development
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, development of the design of different component & their integration into the system by providing Technical liaison with suppliers, Manufacturers & customers
- Provide high-quality solutions for the projects, and be able to apply engineering knowledge & principles to devise innovative solutions to unique design problems.
- Responsible for development of proposals (documentation, Plans, costing & commercial package ) for new business
- Define technical resource requirements for successful project execution
- Identifying areas for technological advancement & Maintaining excellent engineering standards
- Asses cost-benefit trade-off of Technical solutions & lead the decision-making process
- Work closely with tight deadline to ensure that engineering standards are maintained
- Maximize the team performance using standard process
- Provide the technical expertise to the team
- Produced technical reports & support generate technical papers & make presentations to improve technical understanding of the team
- Identify & deployed the technical skill sets, resources level & system to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required
- Conduct the risk assessment of the processes & tasks in the department
- Monitor the completion of tasks & ensure good performance & record on the appropriate system
- Supervise & work with engineers supporting, developing & nurturing talent
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
