Asst. Manager / Manager, Market Audit
Job Responsibilities
- Identify market anomalies, risk factors with ensuring recommendation to remove sources of resistance, risk aversion measures, and improvement plans.
- Ensure company's sales operational procedures, controls, internal policies related to sales and revenue process comply with business objectives.
- Analyze primary and secondary sales data, distributor stock, balance confirmation, pricing, competitor activities and identify errors due to fraudulent activities and negligence.
- Determine market audit scope and develop annual market audit plan.
- Explore market, collect customer feedback, research on customer needs and develop market audit services.
- Conduct follow up audits to examine previous loopholes, anomalies and negligence,
- Lead and monitor the activities of market audit team to ensure delivery of end to end market audit of specific or assigned area and analyze report.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience from any leading FMCG company.
- Very good at communication, Analytical thinking, Compliance & Risk Management, Audit Methodologies and Reporting
