Customer Relationship Officer, ACI Seed

Job Responsibilities

• Administer customer accounts through taking queries and complaints by the field forces and provide prompt response towards resolution.
• Check and verify the new credit proposals and credit limit extension proposals and ensure initial validity.
• Check and verify customer-commissions, advance-adjustments, incentives and any bills of field force.
• Prepare customer-wise credit performance reports and classify bad paymaster accounts.
• Prepare monthly Sales Performance Analysis (SAP) of field force.
• Maintain and update essential sales documentation to support Administration, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Credit Department.
• Organize sales, meeting as per requirement.
• Ensure all required logistic supports as per need of the business.
