Executive, IT (Yamaha Factory)
Job Responsibilities
- Building in house computer network for smooth operation.
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solution.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software and application software.
- Performs minor repair to equipment and arrange for other servicing need.
- Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses.
- Monitor backup systems and procedure to ensure data security.
- Record activities, solutions and other responses to request for service.
- Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall and wireless access point.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, Hardware & Networking, Repair and Maintenance Skills, Technical Infrastructure
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
