Product Development Officer
Job Responsibilities
- To perform development of analytical method of new product.
- To review method of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need.
- To prepare working manual for submission to Drug testing Laboratory as per established protocol.
- To prepare and update all documents i.e. analytical protocol, analytical report, method validation protocol, method validation report, validation protocol, analytical methods, product manuals, dossiers, stability study report, procedures and instructions related to cGMP & ISO.
- To perform physical and chemical tests relevant to product development, analytical method development and validation.
- To perform physical and chemical tests required for stability analysis such as accelerated stability, real time or ongoing study of new products.
- To perform stability studies as per protocol.
- Review analytical methods and development procedure in cost effective manner.
- To undertake work related to specification change of development products and perform tests of incoming materials and products.
- To perform calibrations of all analytical equipment used under product development.
- To perform works relevant to preparation and standardization of chemical reagents.
- To implement GLP and ensure safe storage, distribution & disposition of reagents and chemicals.
- Maintain records relevant to analysis, testing, batch processing etc., under product development.
