Job Responsibilities

• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising coordinating, and administering systems and procedures.
• Responsible for running shift.
• Responsible for executing the production plan.
• To ensure goods quality standards.
• Proper utilization of Machine & Men
• Ability to train the down level's employee/workers.
• Ability to work/stretch long hours during critical assignments.
• Compare Production according to planning & Countermeasures for deviations, if any.
• To provide production report to the management time to time.
