Assistant Officer (Distribution)

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive Deliver Order (DO), prepare delivery schedule & provide information efficiently.
  • Keeping assembly with Day-Old-Chick (DOC)/Feed Van drivers and associated staffs.
  • Preparing a route wise delivery schedule for DOC/Feed van loading.
  • Preparing delivery information format for every delivery van as per schedule.
  • Cross checking all invoices by name after preparing challan which is ready for delivery as per schedule.
  • Monitoring unloading of DOC/Feed.
  • Prepare and send DOC/Feed receiving report to the Supervisor.
  • Prepare hatch-wise DOC delivery report, Production vs Delivery report & all other kinds of monthly/yearly reports regarding DOC/Feed distribution.
  • Prepare trip bill & off day bill and proceed to Accounts Department.
  • Collect monthly salary of deliverymen from specified bank account and disburse accordingly.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

  • Bachelor degree from any reputed University.
