- Candidate with at least five years of work experience in different areas and 3 years of experience in budget management.
- Wide breadth of experience in resolving business issue through technical service.
- Analytical approach.
- Critical thinking, adaptability and time management skill
- Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis
- Industry knowledge (Cement, Ready-mix, Poly fiber, Shipping Line, consumer commodity, IT and other business)
- Planning and budget management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Budget management skills.
- People & process management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
