Sub-Assistant Engineer (Maintenance) for Akij Particle Board Mills Limited
Job Responsibilities
- Examination and maintenance of machine
- Replacement of saw blades and trimming cutters at the sizing and dividing saw.
- Quality control of the final products.
- Surveillance and adjustment of trimming and sizing saws.
- Filling level of the wastage silo to be supervise
- Surveillance of stacking and stack build-up.
- Surveillance and regulation of the raw board weights.
- Measuring of raw board thickness
- If need be corrections at the pressed board
- Adjustment f the program for the cooling turner
