Manager- Fashion, Lifestyle & Home Decor
Job Responsibilities
- Identify the right customer segment and categories.
- Onboarding local and international brand merchandisers as per the selected categories.
- Create a diverse and appealing selection of fashion, and lifestyle products that are suitable for the sindabad.com target customers.
- Arrange, fashion shows, manage social media influencers and lifestyle networks.
- Manage blogs to spot emerging styles and create market hype for consumer demand.
- Work with sales teams to accomplish revenue goals and monitor sales performance.
- Responsible for Sindabad fashion and lifestyle business growth and related procurement.
- Create engaging content (photos, reels etc) for various platforms, including social media, and blogs in association with Marketing tea.
- Understand the sensitivity and cultural impact of content.
- Conducting regular market surveys to evaluate market intelligence of product availability.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns & Ground level activities in order to create brand visibility.
- Analyze the market information and take business decisions accordingly.
- Manage vendors/ partners and evaluate their performance.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to increase margins through a more profitable pricing strategy.
- Forecasting and leading the revenue and profit growth to meet financial goals.
