Asst. Manager, Production

Responsibilities & Context

Develop and communicate monthly production targets in collaboration with other departments.

Conduct regular meetings with department heads to assess progress and address challenges.

Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee equipment repairs and upgrades.

Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies or processes to enhance production.

Review and approve budgets for production-related expenses.

Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement within the production team.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to guide strategic decision-making.

Make report of target vs achievement analysis by reasoning machine downtime, manpower skill matrix & material supply weekly & monthly to In-charge /Head of plant.
