Responsibilities & Context
Issue attendance card with TM ID, and align employee in bio-metric system for recording attendance.
Work plan collections & setting or uploading, changing shift, and leave entry as appropriate (Manually / HR Automation System).
Carry out attendance software data processing, downloading, checking, and preparing daily attendance report.
Properly maintain attendance cards, attendance registers, approved leave records, working hours, and additional duty hours records as appropriate (software / manually).
Assist for preparing monthly attendance report, leave reports, payroll processing, and reconcile error free additional duty hours etc.
Maintaining & issuing various HR form and format through time office counter to individual people or departments, and keeping records in an organized manner.
Performing emergency & contingency services assigned by the superior.
