Job Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and conduct extensive market research to identify competitors' strategy and suggest own strategy as counter measure.
- Organize and analyze the information gathered from the market research and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators and discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Sales & Marketing department.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks of the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Submit weekly/monthly progress reports ensuring that the data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge on MS Office (MS Word/Excel/Access/PPT)
- Strong Analytical skills & Leadership capability.
