Job Responsibilities
- Estimate the daily production & check the quality of raw & cooked food.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation & presentation.
- Assisting Chef de Party to ensure that food quality & recipes have met the quality & standards.
- Responsible for maintaining the highest standard of hygiene, safety & correct use of equipment & utensils.

- 2 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years

- Should be friendly and team player
- Must have excellent communication skills.
