Deputy Manager - Maintenance, BLL
Job Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team & supervise all maintenance processes and operations of the vessels.
- Maintain all machinery of the vessels to ensure it's at working standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair process & standard.
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Investigate the issues related to damage / accident of the vessel.
- Stay current and up to date on any changes, stock of materials and advise accordingly.
- Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
- Provide technical expertise to the team.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
- Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Must be a computer literate. (MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
- Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
