Job Responsibilities

• Prepare raising sheet according to customer demand & issue DO in SAP.
• Prepare delivered & undelivered status of products with regular liaison with production and Sales.
• Respond all inquiry raised by sales forces according to order, collection, Transport, rate, etc.
• Monitor SKU wise minimum stock level of all products at depot in order to avoid the shortage in the market.
• Prepare variance report against primary sales vs Sales target.
• Monitor delivery of orders & stock by using LIFO & FIFO method to minimize damage.
• Drive overall depot functions e.g. distribution, logistics, transportation, collection and store management as well as security of depot.
• Prepare various report & update stock position by showing short dated & delivered goods.
