Job Responsibilities
- Vessels planning and monitoring of operational activities related to loading- Unloading operations.
- Prepare Daily Fleet Position Report.
- Preparing Budgeting Diesel & Lubricating Oil for Vessels movement.
- Strong monitoring of vessels movement regularly.
- Vessel's arrangement for allocation.
- Maintain and monitor voyage logbook, diesel & lubricating oil consumption.
- Repair & Maintenance requirement collection from Master/Driver in coordination with relevant parties.
- Monitor attendance Sheet & leave etc. for vessels' staff.
- Maintaining vessels safety & firefighting equipment as per relevant regulations.
- Maintain liaison with head office officials on regular basis.
- Identifying problem arising in operation of vessel and arrange to resolve the same.
- Monitor and oversee the activities of vessel staff & Supervisors.
- Distribution & checking of Line Expenses par voyage & submit monthly bill to Accounts.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
