Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity of product Line-A
- Develop route wise product distribution plan and maintain a customer database.
- Prepare action plans and schedule for sales.
- Communicate regularly with customer, Distributor & team members.
- Monitor customers' and distributors' stock level.
- Maintain sales activity records and reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
- Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market conditions & product development and offer corrective measures to Head of Sales.
- Execute and monitor company's and competitors' price in an effective way.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Sales Experience in Atta, Moida, Suji, Edible Oil etc. will be given preference
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint)
