System Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to solve user system related problems.
- Maintain desktop systems.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting on existing desktop hardware and configuration.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Develop expertise to train staffs with new technologies.
- Research, design, and implement IT solutions for business needs.
- Organize and schedule system maintenance with minimal impact on users.
- Respond to support inquiries and requests from users and provide technical assistance.
- Install and configure appropriate software according adhering to IT policy and user needs.
- Work with vendors to resolve any hardware or software issue as per requirement.
- All other tasks and duties assigned by management.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Good English ability both verbal and writing.
- Should be ready to work 24*7*365 support environment.
- Hands on Experience on desktop Hardware (for Example computer, printer, Video conferencing etc).
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of users encounter.
- Ability and willing to work in a team and follow instruction from senior,
- Willing to work at night-shift if necessary.
