E-Commerce - Sales Executive

• Effective handing of all incoming & outbound calls at daily basis.
• Identify customer needs, understand diverse customer psychology & cater their service accordingly.
• Diligent communication & clarification of all products & services to the customer through facebook & over phone.
• Establish sincere & worthwhile rapport-building with prospective, elite & existing clients.
• Identify sales opportunity & make highest attempt to convert into sales for revenue generation.
• Having full enthusiasm & tendency to take sales target & implement the respective target accordingly.
• Keep & entry customer order requisition at error-free manner within system.
• Conduct smart & professional customer handling in each contacts.
• Prompt communication with customer, sharing reply to customer queries & messages through digital media.
• Need to acquire & learn organizational product, service & campaign with due efficiency as per given training methodology.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
• Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
• Follow the several scripts to conduct sale.
• Follow the inventory stocks & co-ordinate with the supply-chain team.

Full-time

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Must be graduated from any reputed University / Institutions in any discipline.
