Job Responsibilities
- Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
- Producing training schedules and classroom agenda as per the need of the Software division Team.
- Determining course content according to the objectives of the Software division Team.
- Determine course content according to objectives.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs by preparing questions to conduct exams.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvement Plan
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5+ years experience in teaching profession
