Architect

Job Responsibilities

• To perform in any stage of Architectural work including design development and working drawings using Autocad;
• Making 3D models using Sketchup or Max and 3D Rendering & animation knowledge of 3DsMax, SketchUp, lumion;
• Creating Mood Boards for Clients;
• Team work with Architect/ Civil engineer and assigned co-workers;
• Costing of the projects and constant development & Regular site visits to check on interior construction;
• Documentation of the projects and design in a format that can be used by others;
• Constantly update the designs and plans according to the Bangldesh Architectural guidelines and law;
• Coordinate, negotiate and carry out relevant tasks with vendors;
• Full understanding of construction project, Construction material, Site Measurement and other necessary element to execute a real estate/interior project from start to finish;
• Ability to do budget and procure materials professionally and help get the best items and deals;
• Negotiation with vendors & budgeting ability according to project requirement and cost;
• Execute the project in agreed timeline and committed quality;

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Competency to work on projects/ Time bound tasks and delivery;
• Advanced technical, Online, Computer application and Communication skills;
• A track record of following through on commitments and take on challenges;
• Ability to work independently and with others.
