Senior Architect (Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager)

Job Responsibilities

• Professional ability to manage clients, under requirement and visualize the design and stories that's best fit for both Bproperty and client;
• Ability to suggest and create design guidelines and have the complete interior and design guideline ready;
• Manage the interior team for full delivery of the projects;
• The incumbent must enjoy interacting with clients and also manage sales calls;
• Will be able to constantly train the internal team of Architects , material experts and others to get better and create the most professional Interior Team in the country;
• Assist in the generation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for design and installation services.
