Job Context
Job Location: Brac University
Job Responsibilities
Provide front line support for Registrar's Office including telephone, mail, and responding to student, faculty, staff, and general public requests and inquiries
Maintain a current understanding of academic policies, procedures, and processes related to student records and professionally communicate these to faculty, students, and staff
Compiling and maintain an up to date of official records.
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective operations of Registrar's Office
Preparing reports

Educational Requirements
A bachelor degree qualification or equivalent
Good academic records
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in an academic setting
Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse student populations
Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
