RSM (Regional Sales Manager)

• To determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies with the help of Sales Head.
• To participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
• To suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• To be good and friendly with SKU wise target vs achievement.
• To help SO and ZSM for creating New Dealer/ Distributor and maintain good relationship with them and Demand generation.
• To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product line. (Using sales KPI).
• To conduct Market research & develop Sales plan.
• Scheme design (in consultation with Director Sir and Sales Head), feedback on effectiveness of schemes and design of market development activities.
• To implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• To maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• To plan for ensuring achievement of regional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
• To meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
• To develop, maintain and execute a territory plan with the help of Sales Head.
• To conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required.
• To ensure effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
• To direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• To generate monthly reports for presenting to Director Sir and Sales Head which highlights: Target vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for Shortfall (if applicable).

Full-time

• Bachelor/Honor's degree in any discipline (Minimum).
