Deputy Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Collect different projects structural and architectural drawing soft copy from design section.

Prepare quantity estimate all project as per approved drawing.

Coordination with site for revision drawing.

Prepare estimate and costing properly for Project Budget.

Prepare Rate Analysis as per current market Rate.

Check and verify the admission/Omission file from Engineering Service Department/Construction Site.

Collect and update the materials and Labor prices.

Checking / Updating the revised budget time to time.

Coordinate with the Electrical & Mechanical section for their pricing.

Any other works assigned by the Supervisor.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed institution with experience in estimation (Design Cell) .

Skills Required: Auto Cad

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Auto CAD Designing, Civil Engineering, Construction Building, MS Project, Structural Designing, Technical Drawing

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Real Estate, Developer

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years

Only males are allowed to apply

Have 5 years of experience in construction & Real Estate Sector as Estimator.

Energetic, confident and proactive.

Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.

Computer literacy is must (Excel, Power Point & Auto- CAD)
