Senior Graphics Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Materialize creative ideas in graphics for promotions in newsletters, banners, ads, and other communication formats.

• Design for specific social media formats like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc, and create versions ratios.

• Create unique designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs, and brand image.

• Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

• Salary - 25,000 - 30,000

Qualification Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in any Design Agency.

• You have in-depth knowledge of Bangla and English vocabulary.

• Strong artistic and aesthetic criteria.

• Strong knowledge of graphic composition and digital layout.

• Wide knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Knowledge of photo retouching: color correction, cropping, recomposition, etc.

• You feel comfortable in high-performance projects with strict deadlines.

• You are proactive, suggest ideas, present new formats, and adapt to new platforms.

• You communicate with clarity, passion, and transmit this to the people who work with you.

• You have an inherent curiosity for the visual arts and the creative process.

• You have problem-solving skills, a sense of humor, and a good dose of flexibility.

• You have the knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Motion Graphics.

Educational Requirements –

Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)

Diploma in Fine Arts or Relevant Education
