Executive - Land & Legal Affairs
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare & organized land documents files
- Prepare land up to date statements for representations
- monitor land asset for preparing as colleterial against bank finance
- prepare land documents for depositing to bank as collateral
- Look after mortgage & other banking documentation and arrange mortgage registration & commissioning properly
- communicate with concern bankers for execution of all bank documents
- Provide land documents as per requirements by bank panel lawyers
- Act and monitoring legal issues arising out from bank finance
- Handle & monitor other criminal cases arising out from company's other operations
- Maintain meetings with bank panel lawyers & bankers when required
- Vetting of agreements or documents referred by various Dept.
- Draft or vet lease agreement, if required
- Liaison with external retainers for seeking suggestions on various legal issues
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land and Legal, Land Documentation, Land Law
Additional Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience from corporate law firm or Banking Legal documentation from any large Group of Companies
- Female candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Enrollment as an Advocate at Bangladesh Bar Council and member of Dhaka Bar Association will be an added advantage. (Not mandatory)
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, self-motivate, independent and result oriented
- Strong knowledge in preparing MOU, Deed, DOA, etc.
- Willing to frequent visit at new/existing site in all over Bangladesh
- Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
