Executive - Operational Excellence and Projects
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Development Centers (home & abroad) and US consultant to support product development activities.
- Preparation of project plan/Gantt Chart for product development activities in consultation with stakeholders.
- Prepare and review required documents for development activities.
- Review the current changes and updates of regulatory guidelines and implement the changes in local SOPs
- Coordinate with Procurement & Engineering team to track sourcing materials and required machines for development work.
- Track and circulate the update of product development to the responsible stakeholders.
- Organize online/offline meetings with the stakeholders and circulate the meeting minutes.

- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 23 years
- Well conversant with MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills to correspond with internal & external stakeholders.
