Project Engineer - Construction
Job Responsibilities
- Full time construction supervision of factories, buildings and infrastructures.
- To check the workmanship at every stage of work following the checklist and quality guidelines and ensure the right quality of work.
- To prepare the estimate for form-work, structural and finishing works.
- To study the drawings and construction documents and prepare construction schedule and daily activity plan.
- To ensure the construction progress according to construction schedule.
- To keep record of change/modification and maintain documentation.
- To take measurement of completed works and keep record in the Measurement Book.
- To comply with the safety guidelines and monitor site safety and safety of workers. To take preventive measure against any potential hazard.
- To check and certify contractors' bills.
- To check material consumption and control wastage.
