- This position is responsible for organizing and producing relevant information to help to prepare donors reports, develop concept.
- Assist to develop concept note, proposal, situation report, action plan and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
- Produce IEC materials and publish them through various platforms for the wider audience.
- Receive and check weekly reports from field teams; ask clarification, further information from the field teams, if needed, and ensure consistency of the data
- Prepare inception, mid-term and final reports.
- Produce high quality and easy to read quarterly, six-monthly and annual program progress reports.
- Documenting and archiving all the project beneficiaries lists, distribution reports, memorandums and materials related to the project.
- Provide through progress reporting continuous analysis of the achievements, facilitate project review, evaluation.
- Conduct field visits to collect additional information regarding project achievements and recommendations if required.
- Collect case studies, best practices across projects to be included in project reporting.
- Perform any other related duties as requested by project management.

Contractual
Educational Requirements- University degree in Public Health / Statistics / Environmental Management/ Urban & Regional Planning/Development Studies / Social Science or other relevant discipline.
