Dy. Chief Mechanical/ Senior Mechanical Engineer

• To implement & execute maintenance works, pass work instruction to field peoples and guide the method of works.
• To prepare effective Schedule and Preventive Maintenance of the plant.
• To establish maintenance strategies to install and commission the equipment.
• To plan routine maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• To analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.
• To offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisor, foreman, fitters and technicians.
• Function as project development member to maintain new equipment.
• To work with reliability engineers to extend equipment life cycle.
• To check and control maintenance costs.
• Ensure the safety of Visitors and working people through compliance with occupational safety & environment regulation.
• Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification on continuous improvement.
• To manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.
• To prepare schedule and indent project materials and manpower.
• To check work-in-progress during completion to meet specifications.
• To estimate costs on equipment, systems and structures repair or replacement.
• To do quality ongoing preventative maintenance program.
• To attain sudden breakdown of the equipment and resolve quickly.
• Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification on continuous improvement.
• Ensure lubrication of all machinery with proper record.
• Responsible raise of spares indent and persuasion with head office.
• Ensure proper manpower management and have to be strong ability to handle manpower.
• Ensure co-ordination of all shift engineer.
• Should have computer knowledge on MS Office, XL and Autocad.
• Maintain overall Mechanical work of the sugar Factory.

Full-time

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any Public Engineering University.
