Trainer, Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for entire Customer Service division, distribution house, field sales forces on regular basis
- Develop training material based on product/service/system
- Training database management (updating training portal & calendar)
- Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements
- Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times
- Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs
- Establish trainings programs to suit the current organizational needs
- Develop and implement orientation programs for new hires
- Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs
- Ensure proper submission of daily reports to Management
- Involve in process and audit related works
- Survey conduction/ survey paper preparation/ field visit. Survey includes all channels and all segments of customers
- Conducting Mistry survey/call
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking, BPO, Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
Additional Requirements
- Age 21 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Ability to explain (product/process/ideas) in a logical and simple manner with people management skills
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrate Acceptance of Different Views
- Extremely patient in approach
- Must be flexible in any shift
- Should know the basics of MS-Excel
