Warehouse In-Charge
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily warehouse operations Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing and order dispatching on a timely basis.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Manage Workplace Safety & Health procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment.
- Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately Effectively ensure that the implementation of policies, procedures and work standards are met
- Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities and escalate any malfunction to the Realty Facility Manager
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Any other works as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Respective Field is preferable.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
- Good command in English Language and computer literacy is essential.
- Well conversant with Garment manufacturing process and quality aspects.
- Leader ship quality to motivating the work force to achieve the organizational objective, productivity, and discipline.
- Capable to handle high working load.
- Should be Honest & Proactive and able to work independently
