Consultant - Manufacturing of Concrete Block

Responsibilities & Context

Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of establishing a concrete block manufacturing plant.

Develop a comprehensive project plant outlining timelines, budgetary requirements and resource allocation.

Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to design the layout and infrastructure of the manufacturing facility.

Oversee the procurement of equipment, machinery and materials necessary for plant.

Lead the recruitment and hiring process for key personnel, including plant managers, operators, and maintenance staff.

Implement quality control measures to ensure that production meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Provide guideline and support to the project team throughout the setup process, resolving any issue or obstacles that may arise.
