Territory Sales Executive/ Asst. Territory Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

Create Distributor / Dealer in every potential area& insure primary and secondary sale

Regular visit to all retailers, maintaining and increasing sales and other relevant targets of specified area of responsibility

Setting sales targets and make a plan to achieve the target

Monitoring distributors' performance and their stock allocation down the channel

Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance

Compiling and analyzing territory sales figures and communicating to head quarter

Collecting customer feedback and participating in market research

Keeping himself and team members up to date with products and competitors

Taking lead in trade marketing activities and ensuring brand and product visibility in retail outlets

Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh

Any other tasks assigned by the senior management

Educational Requirements

HSC/Graduate in any discipline

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 18 to 28 years

Only males are allowed to apply

The applicants should have experience in Sales & Marketing

Require excellent computer skills in MS Office

Knowledge and experience working with distributors network in Bangladesh

Hard worker and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure

Possess good interpersonal communication, good oral and writing skills both in Bangla and English

Must have to skill of multitasking
