Assistant Manager - Maintenance (Garments)
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and ensure the daily functions, operations, and activities of the system design for uninterrupted production;
- Ensure the supervision of all Electrical, Mechanical and Utility related tasks and uninterrupted service in garments for smooth production;
- Ensure on time maintenance and installation of all machines in the garments;
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedule for all machines in the factory;
- Ensure installation, testing, operation and maintenance of Generators, Transformers, Power Supply Unit and all machines of Garments as per business requirements;
- Follow up maintenance of construction works;
- Maintain necessary spare parts to ensure maintenance work on time.
- Lead, monitor, appraise & train-up sub-ordinates to achieve departmental goal.
