Job Responsibilities
- Maintain EWO acknowledgement with detail verification with PO and ERP details
- Make sure that customers receive PI from commercial
- Follow up daily order status with production and planning
- Update customer about delivery receiving time
- Update and escalate OTD and OTIF issues
- Visit customer if required
- Keep the customer happy and maintain the relationship
- Update daily customer on delivery fulfillment, delays and any other impact on time
- Make sure that customers get the correct documents at correct time
- Any other job assigned by the management
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Garments Industry - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Candidate should be energetic, confident and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have market knowledge related to garments accessories
- Must have at least 1 year working experience in customer service department with large garments accessories industry
