Executive - Customer Service

Job Responsibilities
  • Order acknowledge through ERP;
  • Ensure plan based on delivery date to Planning Team & follow-up production;
  • Ensure PI generation & send it to sales & marketing team or customer;
  • Ensure confirmation of customer with delivery date through data by mail after production;
  • Ensure quality and customer complain;
  • Follow-up customer claim.
