Officer/Executive - QA, PDC

Responsibilities & Context

Ensure 100% quality through working under assigned sections.

Supervise as well as train, evaluate and give proper direction of work to subordinates.

Ensure 100% quality, standard & safety procedure of samples by checking the process properly & meet buyer's expected quality standard.

Maintain & fill up sample compliance sheet, dummy fitting & measurement report in buyer PLM (Product Life Management) site within time frame.

Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

Follow up properly all the rules and regulations which is indicated by company and buyer compliance.

Education

B.Sc in Textile from any reputed University

Experience

At least 2 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Garments

Additional Requirements

Age at least 24 years

Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;

Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;

Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;

Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;

Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
